Ibiza classics

House and dance anthems for the party, played as a live sax and DJ set: Paul mixes the track and plays live sax over the big hooks.

More chilled

Songs for the drinks reception, the wedding breakfast and early evening, when guests want great music they can still talk over.

Ceremony and first dance

Your ceremony music and first dance are chosen together in your consultation. Mark and Sahar first heard Paul at a wedding fair at Belvoir Castle, playing Songbird on the sax, and he went on to play their whole day, from the ceremony music to the first dance and the evening party.

You can hear Paul's take on Thinking Out Loud in the clips below. See live sax for your ceremony for how the ceremony works.

Questions answered

What are good saxophone songs for a wedding?

For the drinks reception and wedding breakfast, chilled songs like Smooth Operator, Put Your Records On and If I Ain't Got You work beautifully on sax. For the party, Ibiza classics such as Show Me Love, Music Sounds Better With You, Levels and Freed From Desire, with live sax over the DJ mix, keep the dancefloor full.

Can we request a song that isn't on the list?

Yes, ask. Every booking includes a consultation to plan your music, and the songs above are a starting point rather than the whole list.

Can you play our first dance?

Yes. Your first dance is planned in your consultation along with the rest of your music.

Do you play sax over the DJ set?

Yes. For the party Paul plays live sax and sings over his own DJ set. For quieter moments like the drinks reception he plays over backing tracks.

How much does a wedding saxophonist cost?

Packages start from £1,195 for a 2-hour live sax and DJ party set, with Evening Plus from £1,895 and the All-Day Wedding from £2,995. Your final quote is confirmed once Paul has checked your date and location. See wedding saxophonist prices.
